My artist background and my passion for process efficiency, accessibility on the web, and operational work guided me towards detail-oriented user experience design where I thrived in meeting clients lofty needs for efficient tooling. With 6 years of experience in program management and content management operations, I can meet with stakeholders, write the product requirements document, design the user experience and interface, and coordinate the engineering resources for the work. I’ve run user acceptance tests on my work, and reported the success metrics of my projects to leadership to inform critical business needs and strategy. I have a passion for writing user documentation, both internal and customer facing, as well!
