Twitch’s Law Enforcement Response team (LER) saw a 90% reduction in case completion time once the following designs were implemented by our engineering team. Previously, case completion had a minimum SLA of 72 business hours prior to the new designs. My core responsibilities were listening to the team’s pain points, designing a new workflow to reduce manual input where possible, and communicating the needs of the customer between product, engineering, and stakeholders to come to a unified and collaborative solution.
